TATTOOING & BODY PIERCING

 The Belmont County General Health District issues licenses to, and inspects tattoo and body piercing establishments as laid out in Ohio Administrative Code 3701-9.  These rules are designed to prevent the spread of bloodborne pathogens such as Hepatitis C, Hepatitis B, and HIV.  For a complete and up-to-date list of tattooing and body piercing establishments licensed by the Belmont County Health District call (740) 695-1202.
