Childhood Immunizations

Immunization clinics are every Wednesday from 1 PM to 3 PM.  If these times are not convenient please call         740-695 -1202 ext. 11 to schedule an appointment.  Our office hours are Mon-Fri 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.    

Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program                                                                Federal program provides free vaccines for Children from Birth - 19 years.    

             -  Without health insurance

             -  Medicaid

             -  American Indian or Alaskan Native 

  

Vaccines that are Recommended (Standard of Care)

Should be given to all children at the indicated age unless a contradiction or precaution is present.

Required immunizations are required by state law for daycare, preschool or school entry.
