Physicals:
Physicals are being provided on January 12,19, and 26. Appointments are required and can be scheduled by calling
TB Testing: TB testing is provided on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. Clients must return in 3 days after there test to have results read and documented. No appointment necessary. Recommended time: 9am-11am and 1pm-3pm. Cost is $5, which is not covered by Medicaid or private insurance.
Lead Test: Lead testing for children age 9 months through 6 years is available by appointment by calling Linda at extension 24. Cost is $15, which is covered by Medicaid and some private insurance carriers.
STD Testing (male): STD testing is provided by appointment. Cost is based on a sliding fee scale. No one will be refused service due to inability to pay. All services are confidential. Contact Sharon or Jennifer at extension 13 for an appointment.
